gradually start working out to get strenght like maybe 3 to 5 times a week get plenty of rest and muscles would start growing specially if u have a well balanced diet dont forget vitamins and protein then start adding weights you will build not just muscle but energy also!!give it a try for at least six weeks to notice a difference good luck!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Take up weight training but go carefully and find out all you can about it!. Do you have an iron deficiency!. If you are truly weak you should see a doctor!. Diet may have a lot to do with it too!. You can certainly have a good diet and strengthen yourself - no problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
