Question: How to lose weight and waistline for a 14 y/o female!?
I am 14, my height is 5" and 1/2 and weight about 112lbs!. I want to lose about 10-20 lbs in 2-4 weeks!. My waistline is 29, I want to reduce it to atleast 27!. I can't fit in my clothes anymore!. I've been eating too much!. D: Help! How can I lose weight and reduce waistline!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're going through puberty, your shape is going to change, and you're not in any way overweight (BMI 21!.1 - at the lower end of the healthy range!)!. There's no point dieting at your age, but if you really think you need to loose weight then try and get more exercise, whether that's sports or the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have admitted to yourself that you need to lose weight!. That is a key important step!. Be sure you are 100% committed to losing weight and make sure you completely understand that their is no "secret" to weight loss!.
