Question: I'm 13 am I heavy, big, etc!.!?
I am 13, 5'4" and i weigh 126 pounds!. My thighs are big and so is my stomach!. I want to lose weight because when I grow up I want to be a Victorias Secret Model!. So please give me diet and excersize plan ideas!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Normally, I would say you sound just about right!. However, being a Victoria Secret model takes a perfect and usually too-skinny body!. Here is a plan that will work:
Weeks 1-4
Eat two meals a day of primarily vegetables, fruits, and complex carbohydrates (pasta, whole grains)
Do 200 jumping-jacks (broken up however you like) and jump with a jump-rope 50 times (also broken up however you like)
Week 5
Eat 6 small meals a day of vegetables, fruits, complex carbohydrates and some calcium
Do 100 jumping jacks and 25 jump-ropes!.
Week 6 and on
This is just to maintain your new beautiful body:
Do 20 jump-ropes a day and 20 jumping-jacks!. Eat 3 meals a day, just control your portions on things like cheese and sweets!. If you find your self giving up, think of how much you want to be a supermodel!. Also, you can treat yourself to some frozen yogurt!. Yummy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are only 13! You don't need to loose weight you are actually at an Ideal weight!. You are healthy VS models aren't!. For their height they are extremely underweight!. You are in puberty, you are changing into a woman (sorry if it sounds cliche) but it's true!. As you get older the weight is going to disappear and/or equal its self out!. You are still growing and you don't need a diet that may harm you!. Your muscles are still growing like every other part of you!. Just keep active daily and eat fruits, veggies, protein, etc!. sorry to crush your dreams, but most models are naturally slim and when they become one they just try to be more skinner by not eating, all you need to concentrate on is eating healthily and exercising!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
