Here are some healthy meal ideas you might want to try!.
Breakfast: omelette
2 eggs
1/4 of motzzerella cheese
1/2 a carrot (grated)
1/4 red pepper (sliced)
a few thin slivers of oinion
1 cup of spinich (shrivels down to nothing!)
1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp of sweet basil tomato sauce OR tadziki
Note: Make sure you cook the vegetables before adding them to the omelette!.
Also have a cup of skim milk with breakfast, or a cup of 100% sugar reduced fruit juice!.
Lunch: Chicken Wrap
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 tbsp of roasted pepper hummas
1 lettuce leaf
3 tomato slices
some grated carrot
sprinkle of mozzerella cheese
Have a glass of skim milk with lunch, or water!.
Dinner:
Salmon
1/4 cup brown rice
lots of steamed vegetables
3 mini red potatoes
Have milk or water with dinner!.!.!.
As for snacks, here are some healthy options!
Snack #1:
plain or fruity yogurt(make sure sugar content is low) with a little bit of granola and fresh fruit!. Yummy and filling!
Snack #2:
a slice of whole wheat toast and peanut butter!.
Snack #3:
Handful of walnuts/almonds and crasins!.
Snack #4:
Fruits or vegetables with tadziki and hummas, but don't go over board with the dips!.
Snack #5:
Apple slices and peanut butter!. May not sound good, but it really is!.
Snack #6:
Fruit salad or homeade fruit smoothie!.
Treats can also be incorporated in a healthy diet, eaten in moderation, of course!. Here are some treats that aren't actually too bad for you, though I wouldn't classify them as 'healthy!.'

Juice can be rich of Vitamin C, though watch the sugar content! Tea can also be good for you, try having green tea, licorice spice (so good!), or ginger peach, these teas taste excellent plain!

i would eat cereal and a banana for breakfast
a salad for lunch and something healthy for dinner!.
don't worry about carbs, calories and stuff too much, that will make it too hard to diet!. just stay away from sweets, junk food and fried foods!. and drink plenty of water and try to exercise!. good luck and happy holidays!! Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are many different diets out there!. only some really work though!.
