hi, so personally i think that in order to loose weight you have to exercises and workout alot! but can i just loose weight if i change my diet and run around after my 4 year old!? im addicted to coke, chocolate and ice cream!. anything for that sugar rush! plus i binge eat out of boredom alot!. ive gained a huge amount of weight lately from bad snack choices so if i just cut out sugars and fats and ate like fruits, rice, chicken salads etc would help make me thinner!? i serous about changing my ways and any tips you have would be great too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, diet and exercises combined is the ideal way to lose weight and keep it off, however, you can lose weight quite successfully without "formal" exercise!. It's all about burning more calories than you eat!. If you lead an active lifestyle just taking care of your family, then you may already burn a lot of calories!.

If you eat 3 small, healthy meals a day and 2 small, healthy snacks, you will lose weight!. Each meal should be less than 400 calories and each snack should be about 100-150 calories!. Eating highly nutritious foods is the key, so think in terms of lean protein, veggies, whole-grains, fruits, low-fat dairy, and heart-healthy oils!. Eliminate sweet drinks and have your favorite treats in tiny amounts!.

Be as active as possible--even standing as opposed to sitting burns more calories!. Take walks with your child, etc!.

rather than picking processed stuff just stock your fridge up on fruits and vegetables though fruits have high amounts of sugars, the sugar is better in fruits than in processed food it isn't as resilient when being broken down and can be burned faster as a carbohydrate rather changing into a long term energy deposit which!.!.!.is fat!.if you stick to healthy eating and being active, try taking your baby to the park or walk to the grocery store!. you should feel noticably better and more energetic while also in time losing weight!.

Yes, you can lose weight without a "workout routine"!. I would say that running after a four year old all day is plenty of exercise, however!
Use this philosophy: Play like a child, don't eat like a child!

Play without your child like you are his/her age!. Run, jump, climb, etc!., but be a grown up at meal time!. If you cut out the Coke and junk food (Have one "cheat meal" each week), and play with your child each day, the weight should fall off!Www@Answer-Health@Com

u'd be surprised how much changing ur diet alone makes u loose weight!. in september i started a new diet!.
i cut out mostly all snacking, i have fruits to eat when i'm hungry, i pack myself with water 2 ruin my appitite when i think its too late or early 2 be eating a meal and for dinner i have seasoned, boiled chicken, boiled rice and some vegetables!. i do have chocolates and icecream sometimes during the week (dening urself will only make u binge)!. i even have chinese - which i'm addicted to, at least once every 2 weeks!. believe it or not, since september i've lost 15lbs!. ur body's not used to the decrease in calories its taking in, it will have 2 run off fewer and fewer calories, and it will start burning fat within the first 2 weeks!. i barely work out (lack of funding for the gym) and i don't have a child, so i porbably excercise less than u!

Losing weight isn't only about exercising, but it also varies on your diet!. I am too addicted to sweets, but you need to learn how to control your cravings!. Find ways to avoid them, or find a supplement instead of indulging in the sweet treat!.

To answer your questions about exchanging the bad snacks with (fruit, rice, chicken, salads!.!.!.):
Fruit is always a good supplement, but in small portions (1/2 cup) otherwise your are getting unnecessary sugars, although they are good sugars, it's better to take small portions!.

Whole grain rice is good as well, but maybe not for a snack!. Also i would eat small portions, because rice contains a lot of carbos!

Salads are great! The dressing however is not! If you chose to eat a salad, make sure the dressing you chose isn't the good stuff like: caesars, italian, ranch, blue cheese, ect!. Try choosing a dressing that is fat free, such as balsamic vinaigrette!.
