PLEASE help. What is a healthy dinner for tonight?!


Question: PLEASE help!. What is a healthy dinner for tonight!?
I had a really hard time runnign today!. my legs werent sore or tired, i just couldnt do it!. I dont know!.!.my heart hurt and i was just so winded after only a little bit!.
but I ended up running 4!.5 miles, crunches, arm weights, and i will do pilates video later!.

but ive had 650 calories so far (skinless boneless grilled chicken, steam veggies, 2 fruits, brown rice, etc)

and I need an idea for dinner!. I need energy for tomorrows 5 mile run!. I cant have another bad day like today!.
what should I have!? I only want 1200 cals though!.

my ideas are

1!. 90 cal wheat bread with chunk light tuna, serving organic pretzels, pear, small apple, kashi cereal bar (get me to 1250 calories)

2!. veggie burger on wheat light bread (200 cal), serving organic pretzels, pear, small apple, and granola bar (get me to 1250 cals)

3!. heart smart healthy bisquick pancakes (4 pancakes = 300 calories!.!.but its enriched flour), 3 egg whites, pear, small apple, granola bar!.

what is the healthiest, most energy filled dinner for my run tomorrow!? what is the healthiest!? i know they are all about the same amount of calories, but they offer differnt things!. im thinking pancakes are bad because enriched flour!.

please, honestly i need some advice!.
