no it's not!. If you are going to limit how much you eat to lose weight, try taking a multi vitamin at the same time!. losing weight is always nice, but putting your self in the hospital from malnutrition is not worth it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You must be attempting to go on an extreme crash diet!. I'll let you into a secret!.!.!. they don't work! You need to eat a sufficient amount of calories even when trying to lose weight, if not there are all sorts of health issues that you could develop; maybe the ones you will be most interested in are that you will end up putting on more weight that you lose (your body will go into starvation mode) and your body will also start to get used to whatever you are consuming (i!.e!. the number of calories) hence, again you will not lose weight, but instead, slow down your metabolism cause you to gain weight when you return back to your normal eating habits!.

You need to eat around 1500 calories a day combined with vigorous exercise (which you may not be able to start off doing in the beginning if you are unfit, but work your way up and give yourself realistic goals to aim for); This way you will not only lose weight, but you will be a healthy person!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
