General weight/calorie question.....?!


Question: General weight/calorie question!.!.!.!.!.!?
If I weigh 111 pounds and am 5 feet 3 inches tall, how much weight will I lose if I'm eating 1600 calories every day (which is about what I should be eating) but run for 1/2 hour or do aerobics (out of like magazine articles-that kinda thing) for 1/2 hour every day for 1 month!? Also, what if I decreased my calorie intake by 100, 200, and 300 calories while running/aerobic-ing for a 1/2 hour everyday!? (sorry I could probably figure all this out on my own but this seemed easier!) Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your BMI is 19!.7, which is in a healthy range for that height!. how old are you!? i dont think you need to lose weight!. 1600 calories is healthy, but if you were to lower that and increase your exercise you may risk starvation mode in which your metabolism slows down!. decreasing calories and increasing exercise will not make you lose weight faster!. you are at a healthy weight - if you just want to get into shape, continue eating 1600 cals a day, if not more, and exerciseWww@Answer-Health@Com

I am 110 pounds and 5'1 so maybe I can help you here!. I weigh myself EVERY day!.

When I eat 1000 calories and under a day, I can average to lose about a pound every other day!. When I eat 1500 I will mostly stay where I am, and if I eat over that I will gain!. However, since you plan to add exercise, I would say you can expect to lose about a pound or two a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
