The scale!. Make sure to weigh yourself everyday, in the exact same spot, at the same time (I like to do it first thing in the morning, after I take a pee but before I eat anything!.
Don't judge by how you think you look or how your clothes fit b/c that can be misleading and you will see yourself as looking fat or skinny depending on what mirror your looking in, or how you feel that day!. Also, clothes tend to fit snugger when they are fresh out of the wash, so that's no reliable indicator!.
Set a weight loss goal and go by the scale to determine your progress, it's the only way to be objective about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

checking your scales is usually the first thing to do, but if you want visual signs then it depends, your face is usually the first place to lose weight, in larger people it tends to be that you notice after the first stone is lost (give or take a few pounds)Www@Answer-Health@Com
