thats a great debate question!. there is a new training method called HIIT cardio you might want to take a look at!. its been shown to increase calorie burning hours after your workouts as opposed to steady state!. you can read up on it on the site in my source boxWww@Answer-Health@Com

it depends what you are aiming to achieve!. if you are training for a long distance endurance event then do 2 hours!. if you want to lose weight do 2 hours!. if you are training for a sport do 30 min intervals!. You have to be specific in your training!. i!.e!. train in the way that best reflects what you want to doWww@Answer-Health@Com

That's a lot of cardio, are you running a marathon!? Then do 2 hours,otherwise break it up to prevent injury, but it's really excessive, try 1 hour and weights good luck Www@Answer-Health@Com
