Question: Is this good to eat when your trying to lose weight!?
breakfast;
cereal

lunch;
turkey sandwitch on wheat with lettuce, tomoto, spinich, sprouts, bell-pepper and cheese :/

snack;
wheat thins

dinner;
a salad w/ ranch

i feel kinda like a piggy, so u think thats a good amount of food to be eating when yur trying to lose weight

oh and right after lunch i worked out

this may look healthy enough, but i would say that it's not!.

you're not eating any fruit!. i would advise having an apple or another fruit half an hour before dinner and an orange/glass of orange juice, half a grapefruit, or another serving of fruit at breakfast time, as well as one or two additional servings as snacks!. stick with fruit that you like!.

another problem I see is that you have no protein with your snack and dinner!. try the wheat thins with peanut butter or hummus, or have a slice of cheese or meat with it!. for dinner, try having a cup of soup with lentils, beans, or meat before digging into your salad, which will give you some protein and help fill you up too!. and for your salad, since ranch has a lot of fat and calories, try putting it in a dish to the side instead of on top, and then dipping your fork into it before each bite!. it sounds odd, but trust me you will end up eating less of it!. also you could try switching to a thinner dressing, which research shows you end up eating less of also!.

it's great that you work out, but do you have a few minutes in the morning too!. even ten minutes of something easy like stretching and walking helps, as well as at night!. of course, if you have more time, you can go for longer, but breaking your work out up throughout the day helps keep your metabolism up!.

make sure you are drinking half your body weight in ounces as well (for example if you weigh 160 pounds, you should be drinking 80 ounces of water over the course of the day)!.

i would advise that you eat every two to three hours!. i don't mean to more, i just mean for example have half your sandwich for a snack between breakfast and lunch and then eat the other half for lunch!. that also helps keep your metabolism up and burning fat!. you should never really feel starving!.

eat slowly because it takes your brain about 20 minutes to realize that you're full!. and if you smoke, are too stressed, or don't get enough sleep, that could prevent you from losing weight also!.

Yes sounds like your doing great! but ranch is heavy on the system! its made of heavy cream so I would use a nonfat dressing like italian! Otherwise sounds great!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
