Question: I run 1 mile 6 days a week and eat 1200 healthy, balances calories daily - effective weight loss!?

yes!. People are supposed to eat 2000 calories a day to maintain their weight (about that much)!. you should probably eat more than 1200 calories a day because if you dont eat enough when you work out you body will not loose weight it will either maintain your current weight or can even cause you to gain a little!. Your body will be storing everything you eat so it has sometihng to burn off when you exercise instead of burning off the fat already in your body!. I would also put other exercises into your routine and after a while you are going to need to up the amount you run!. Your body will get used to the mile run and will not burn as many calories as it did in the beginning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah that's a pretty solid diet and an achievable goal!. Spacing your eating out into small meals every three-four hours is a great way to lose weight because you'll keep your metabolism going all day long!.
