What's the best exercise to lose fat out of cross trainer, skip rope or kick!


Question: What's the best exercise to lose fat out of cross trainer, skip rope or kick bag!.!.!.!?
Let me explain!. I do about 10 hours a week martial arts training, including stretching, kick bag work, sparring, as well as the basic drills!. But I think because a lot of it puts on muscle my weight does not really drop!. I would like to be a size 10-12 but am teetering between 14-16!. So would you suggest skip rope, cross trainer, more intense kickbag workout!.!.or something else!.!.!.!? Thank you Www@Answer-Health@Com

Burning calories is directly related to your heart rate!. The higher the BPM, the more calories you are burning!.

In my own experience, having an exercise which doesnt require so much balance tends to be the easiest one to maintain a high heart rate consistently!. Occasionally catching my foot with a skipping rope, or stumbling when the bag rattles over the beam my bag hangs from can be irritating!.

Also, both of these exercises can wear a muscle out such as your leg from the kickbag workout, or your shoulders from skipping, however, the cross-trainer doesnt target any muscle enough to make it slow your heart rate down, as a tired muscle can hamper keeping your BPM high!. For this reason, you can go on a cross-trainer for much longer, with no cramp and keep your heart rate at its targeted range more easily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
