Do you think Ill lose weight eating 1200 calories daily?!


Question: Do you think Ill lose weight eating 1200 calories daily!?
Currently I weigh 150lbs I would like to weigh 120lbs!.
I started to attempt to lose weight by making an eating plan of 1200 calories and so far its going wonderful!.

My question is that if i keep this up will i lose weight!?
How much weight should i expect to see gone weekly!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am going through the same process

about 4 months ago i weight 168lbs!.!.!.i dropped down to a 1200 calorie a day diet and now weigh 142lbs!.!.!.i also worked out 5 days a week - 1 hour cardio - some light weights!.
Anyways i think u will see about 2-3lbs weight loss each week at the start!.!.!.it will then go down to 1-2lbs!.
it is so worth it though!.!.!.!.its amazing now i eat 1200 calories a day and i am so full - cause i choose good calories!.
oh i just started doing the aerobic workouts on fit tv!.!.!.30 minute sessions!.!.!.!.this is really helping loose inches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you will lose weight but a lot of it will be muscle tissue as well as fat!. In order to keep your muscle and make sure your body's metabolism stays high, you should exercise!. Doing a variety of exercises ( aerobics, cardio, strength training, etc) will keep your body lean and strong as well as make it easier to burn calories while you are resting!. If you do intend to exercise, you should eat about 1400-1600 calories so that you end up with a net of 1200 calories after exercise and your body will not go into starvation mode!. The more you lose and less you weigh, the harder it will be for your body to lose weight so you will gradually lose less and less weight unless you exercise more intensely for a longer period of time!. Make sure to drink 8 glasses of water a day to help your body flush out the fat and keep you from cravings during the day!.
Also, 1200 calories can mean different things: 1200 calories of mcdonalds is not the same as 1200 calories of vegetables and fruits!. So make sure you eat healthy!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends on what your typical daily diet was before this caloric decrease!. if you starve yourself, when you go back to your regular habits you may gain weight back!. 3500 calories is equal to one pound!.!.!.i don't know how fast you burn calories, so i couldn't tell you how much weight you will lose in one week!. but if you are losing more than 2 pounds per week, then slow it down!. if you lose a bit more it won't kill you, but it increases the chances that you will gain weight after your diet, because that means you are depriving yourself!. also, a low calorie diet can make you lose muscle, and it is sometimes very difficult to meet your nutritional needs with such a low number!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1200 is def a good start!. You will start to loose the weight the first couple weeks but then your body gets use to it! You wont really drop that much weight unless you are excersizing!. When i did just the Calorie thing i lost maybe 5lbs!. Then when i started working out with the low calories I lost about 25lbs!. Also snacking threwout the day i found helped!. Little snacks like celery, carrotts stuff like that!. I have been at a plateu for like a month actually gained two pounds i am thinking about trying that slimquick powder drink for women!.
