do a quick abs work out everyday!. it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes if you do it correctly!. firstly, make sure you eat HEALTHY!. Diets are never good unless it involves balancing your meals and exercising!.
Pick good, upbeat tunes for your ipod so you're motivated to do it!.
start with 3 sets of quick crunches!. however don't do it too fast or you wont feel it!. for the first set of crunches, do 8-16, depending on your tolerance!. for the second set, make them doubled: two beats to get up, two to get down!. (8-16)!. for the third, make them tripled: three beats to get up, one to get down!. then do one set of wings: lie on your back and bring your knees and arms up so that your chest is curled into your knees but your knees and arms CANNOT touch!. also, if you can, try to leave you legs and feet of the floor!. This is ONE wing!. repeat 8-16 times!. if you're still up for more, [[[which would be the best for your body]]] lay on your right side with your back flat on the floor and do 8-16 crunches!. repeat on your left!.

if you don't like this workout!. you can try another exercise that strengthens both your arms and abs!. Get into plank position ([[[like a push up but with your forearms flat on the floor]]] hold for 2 counts of eight!. (make sure you don't cheat by getting out of the position)!. then rock back and forth, shifting your weight from your toes to your arms for another eight count!. and repeat this whole thing 3 times!. then [[[without resting in between]] get up from plank position to a push up position one hand at a time then back down to plank position on arm at a time!. repeat this eight time [[[this gets really hard but with time it gets easier and makes you stomach perfect for bikini season =D ]]]
