Good detoxing tricks?!


Question: Good detoxing tricks!?
I am working on losing some more of my baby weight before summer!. I started an exercise routine and I'm now limiting my calorie intake and only eating healthy things!. I was curious if there were any detoxifying tricks that REALLY work!. I would like to try to detox my body of all the bad things that I have ingested since after my baby was born 2 1/2 months ago!. Anyone have any ideas to give me that worked for you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you go into any vitamin store they have some herbal detox some take 2 weeks so you don't have the runs and some are right away you will feel sick a day or two but it really works, all it does it remove all the bad things so your body can start absorbing the good things again!. they also have weight lose tips and vitamins etc, there is a new product I just saw (I work next to a vitamin store) its a meal bar that blows up so you eat less, it's worth trying just 1,

I also hear the postpartum belt works it doesn't make you lose weight it helps your tummy and muscles go back to where they are supposed to be!.

walking, wrestling with baby (I do airplane with my 2yr old with my legs off the bed) and of course crunches and bike riding, I have one of those tent buggies on the back of my bike so even if I fall it stays upright so safe for babies!.

someone once told me that drinking a mix of 1/2 cup cranberries juice, 1/2 cup dandelion tea, and 1/4 cup of water will help cleanse your system!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
