Omg...Why on earth do I keep messing this up for myself? Please help me :S?!


Question: Omg!.!.!.Why on earth do I keep messing this up for myself!? Please help me :S!?
I want to lose weight as I lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks but I wanna lose more and the thing here is I keep eating fattening foods :S for example!.!.!.

Last night I ate Filet O' Fish from MCD and 2 slices of pizza

Wow, 12 lbs in two weeks thats a lot!. In fact, most health professionals will say its too much for two weeks!. Its best to aim for 1 lb per week!. That is sustainable and healthy!. If you lose too much too quickly you can trick your body into believing your in a starvation and it will convert anything you eat into fat!. Weird I know, but thats how it works!. Another thing, its ok to eat junk food!.!.!. !.!.!. !.!.!. on one day a week only!. Let yourself have that little treat as a reward for sticking to the diet the other six days of the week!. It won't negatively affect your diet if you don't eat junk food the other six days, but only if you DON'T eat junk food those other six days!. So, from the point you ate all that junk food, don't eat any more for six days, and you can totally dream about what your going to pig out on on your ''treat day''!.

And im the same way!.I lost soo much and lately Ive been relasping and binging!.!.gained back 3-4 pounds!.Ew!.What helps me sometimes is brushing my teeth after I eat and chewing sugar free gum to keep my mouth busy without high cals and fat!.Also just avoid places with those foods!.dont go to MCD's and dont go to a pizza placeWww@Answer-Health@Com
