Um how to build muscle fast?!


Question: Um how to build muscle fast!?
cause every time when some one says i want to fight you

i feel nervous

and i don't have muscle i can lift 8 pound dumbbell and 12 pound dumbbell

but i dont have a bench pressWww@Answer-Health@Com

next time some1 says "i want to fight you" jus straight up punch them in the face, get into a LOOOT of fights, even if you lose you'll get tougher

Having more msucle will not help you win the fight as much as you're hoping!.

You'll be much better off taking martial arts or self-defense classes!. They will teach you where to strike in a way that you will not need a huge amount of force!.

Besides, you don't have enough equipment to gain the muscle you're looking for!. Not to mention, you can't build muscle fast!. It'll take you a couple years to look intimidating and by that time, you probably won't have your school problems anymore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You work out more and take martial arts!. I am currently a black belt in tae kwon do, which could be very useful if your fighting long distance, but is not very good for muscle building, just toning!. I am also a yellow belt in judo, which will build muscle in a way you will not believe, and it will also teach you how to choke and flip (and i mean literaly flip) people, not to mention its a tone of fun!. I'd take both if I were you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

K!. its easier to gain a bit of fat, and then add muscle than to just build muscle!. likewise don't be obese or overweight!. and if you wanna gain muscle just to protect yourself i would also recommend wrestlign/judo!. they teach you to use your own weight instead of too much muscle!. and most fights go to the ground anyway so!.!.!. yeah!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't matter much if you can't fight!.

If you jump someone with no fear psycotic-like he will not mess with you since it's not worth the effort!.

Do them alot, low weight high rep works just do them for a certain period of time a day, and make it a daily routine!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
