Answers:
Your energy!. You probably don't have a sufficient breakfast and thus don't have enough energy to exercise!. Coffee with sugar might also contribute, giving you a temporary sugar/caffeine buzz, but afterward gives you a low!. However, in the afternoon you have calories in you so you're more energized!. Exercise = energize so, perhaps, you haven't had enough sleep, or you're doing the wrong type of exercises, or you're exercising without the benefit of fresh air to wake you up!. Add 20 minutes to your sleep-schedule and, as someone else has suggested - drink a glass of water (crispy-cold) then, open a door or window and take 10 slow deep breaths and slowly exhale!.
Next, spend 15 minutes doing stretching exercises (#2 to #11 on link below)!. Do this with a window open so you can get more fresh air into your lungs!. Even if the outside temp!. is 30 degrees - keep the window open! In the 1-1/2 minutes allotted for each stretching exercise, you should do each twice during the first week as some need you to hold a position for 30 to 60 seconds!.!. You may want to add toe-touching, 2 to 3 times, to this!. Do not go back to bed - use "mind over matter" - put on your robe and head for the kitchen to have tea, or coffee, as your reward for the work you've done!.
Although most exercise plans call for running, or jogging, you can burn as many calories by speed-walking which provides the same cardio benefits and is easier on your joints!. For many years, I walked 5 miles in a hour, as did my mother and sister - none of us ever had a weight problem!. I suggest that, about an hour or two before dinner, you "hit the road" and walk for 20 minutes - 10 minutes in each direction (you may want to map out 2 x 1-mile routes by car so you'll know how far you've "traveled" during the allotted time)!. When you get home, get a tall glass of water, and a piece of fruit, or non-fat yogurt, as the reward for this and sit down with your feet up for 10 mins!. - do the deep breathing exercises!. The second week, add a few more stretching exercises in the morning but don't increase the amount of time you spend doing them and also, in the second week, add 10 minutes to your walking time, then another 10, etc!.
Btw - you shouldn't be sleeping for more than 8 hours a night - more sleep than this is too much rest for your heart (seriously)!. People who sleep more than 8 hours a night have a higher incidence of heart attack than those who sleep for 7 to 8 hours!.
Above, I mentioned doing 2 routes - this is as a safety factor so alternate between each and don't walk after dark!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you eating in the morning when you go exercise!? if not, it might just be that you are not getting enough energy from the lack of calories in the morning

You might also try drinking water first thing you wake up since you have had not had anything to drink for ~7hours!.

some more detail would probably help in getting a better opinionWww@Answer-Health@Com
