Cutting out food for diet?!

Question: Cutting out food for diet!?
I'm 5'6 1/2" 16 years old and 155 lbs!. My weight is a little stuck, it either goes more up or doesn't move at all each week!. I train in boxing 3-5 times a week for 1 hour and 30 mins of cardio!. My trainer told me to cut out junk food and bread!. I don't eat junk food during the week but on weekends I have that problem with pigging out!. When I started boxing about a year ago I weighed 175 lbs!. I eat about 4-5 slices of bread a day plus brown rice and sometimes even whole wheat pasta!. So will cutting out the whole wheat bread help with my weight loss!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
keep the brown rice, eat the pasta in moderation (the whole wheat is a GREAT choice!) like maybe once or twice a week!. and the why on earth are you eating so much bread during the day!? try cutting it down to a slice or two if your eating a sand which!. double check your body fat %!. you may just be solid muscle which won't go away easily!. if it's around 10% you are going to have a hard time dropping lbs!.!Www@Answer-Health@Com
