Question: What healthy foods do I eat to lose weight fast!?

I need a list of everyday foods that I don't have to go and buy , just simple healthy foods that are in a typical house!. I am staring to grow fat behind my chin i want foods that i can eat!. A whole list of what i should and shouldn't eat!. It doesn't really matter just something!.

So I want do's and don'ts about eating!. No diets!. And tips

Foods To Eat To Lose Weight

1!. Eggs - The highest valued protein of all foods!. Just a great choice for breakfast since they have a lot of protein and fill you up so you can avoid snacking in the late morning!.

2!. Black beans - Contains 25 grams of fiber and 25 grams of protein in a 50 cent can!. That fiber takes care of most if not all the fiber that the average person needs in a day!. I generally recommend a higher fiber intake for weight loss!.!.!. over 40 grams a day!. But the U!.S!. government says you should get at least 25 grams of fiber!. So that's taken care of!. Added bonus, no sugar in them!.

3!. Tuna - About 30 grams of protein!.!.!. a lot considering the small size in the typical can!. Since many people don't like tuna by itself (me included), I suggest you mix it into other things!. Mix with black beans and some sour cream!. Mix into a lean chopped up meat such as beef or chicken!. Mix into a salad!. Whatever floats your boat!.

4!. Apples - The king of all snacks!. High in fiber and water content, I consider it the perfect snack!. Other fruits are similar nutrition-wise, but apples beat them in the mobility issue!.!.!. easily taking them with you anywhere!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat mostly green and red vegetables and lean meats!. Spinach, cabbage, broccoli, turnip greens, string beans!. For meats, skinless chicken, turkey, soy burgers, all types of fish!. For bread, only eat brown whole grain bread (wheat, oat, rye, etc)!. No sugar, no white foods, no fried foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

U can eat veg tables and fruits (tooooooons of them) no matter how much of these u eat u won't get fat (b/c no sugar or fat)

They also fill u up not like those stupid 100 calorie packs

EX: 100 calorie pack vs!. 10 apples
the apples fill u up more and dont give any fat or sugar (maybe a little natural sugar)

vegetables, fruits, fish, skinless chicken, brown rice, !.!.!.!.but mostly keep in mind you wont see drastic changes from one day to the next or even a week!.!.!. i suggest you also try to work out!.!.!. at least 30 minutes a day!.!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
