Chronic Fatigue Syndrome!. Fibromyalgia!. Stress!. Gas!. There are way too many things to list!. Probably a better thing to do is to understanding that mood swings occur as a direct result of a lack of sleep, so try to tackle the sleep disruption first!. Don't take a nap during the day, do at least 30 minutes of an aerobic exercise plan every morning, avoid all food and drink after 7 pm, avoid or limit the obvious caffeine and nicotine after 3 in the afternoon!. The above mentioned 3 things should be consumed in control, have a heavy breakfast avoid eggs daily, have moderate lunch eat yr dinner early & make it light, try to go to bed early & get up early, have a few garlic pieces in the morning with hot water, so that yr bowel moments are good, also before going to bed take a spoonful of Isabgol hust with water it will keep yr stomach clean!.
