Question: Need to lose weight for February, help please!?
I'm 5'6 1/2", 154 lbs, 16 years old, 32" waist, 16-17% body fat!. My goal is 125-130 lbs for boxing!. I have a tournament in the first weekend of February and I would like to get down to that weight class in a healthy way!. I already eat healthy, about 2000 calories or a bit more a day during the week plus 1 hour 30 mins of boxing cardio 3-5 days a week!. My only problem is I usually binge eat on weekends!. Eating to much junk food which probably adds up to at least 3000 or more calories per day on the weekend!. My trainer told me to cut out junk food and bread!. So would I be able to reach that goal or at least lose a good amount of weight by then!? Advice please :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need 2 loose around 5lb aweek!. eat little n often, dont eat a load of crap but once aweek wont harm you if youre exercising!. extend your cv to around 45 mins, make sure you get a sweat on!. at home do some star jumps, elbow to knee, on crunches!.if your full leave your food!. stick 2 loosing afew pounds a week it will be more achievable!.xWww@Answer-Health@Com
