Question: CAN CRUNCHES AND SITUPS MAKE YOUR tummy bigger!?
I have been working out and dieting for the past four weeks, and realized that my tummy was getting bigger not smaller!. I have done crunches, situps, I run twice a week; I realized my waist has increased at least 2 inches, and feels very firm!. I need help anyone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends if u started with a flat or cut stomach then yes!. the cruch bulids muscle and so after the muscle ate the fat it started to really start growing!. if u have ever seen a pro body builder the look like they have stomachs that hang over their pants but it is all muscle!. if this is the case dont stop the crunches just do less of them and good jobWww@Answer-Health@Com
