Answers:
It depends on how big you are already, and how much you have to spare!. If you are small to begin with any weight that you lose will look very drastic, and yess you WILL look anorexic at Christmas!. I did a 10 day juice fast and I lost like 16 lbs!.!.!. After one week of being off the fast about 5-7 lbs came back, the rest never came back! I did not fast to lose weight, it was a spiritual detoxification!. Fasting, when done for the right reasons can be VERY rewarding!. I say go for it! don't listen to people who have never fasted who say it isn't healthy!. I am a student in Medical school, and fasting responsibly IS healthy!. Just make sure you get yourself educated on it and remember that water fasting is the most harsh form of fasting!. If this is your first time I would suggest a juice fast!.!.!. I would suggest a juice fast rich in green juices since it's winter (if it is cold where you live) otherwise if you live in a warm region, fresh squeezed OJ is great to fast with!. You will feel like a new person!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anything less than 1,800 calories a day is unhealthy, and you will actually store all of the fat and water you consume!.

Hmm!.!.it might be 1,500 for females, but I'm not 100% sure about that!.

Anyhow: it's safe to say that you won't lose much weight because your body won't be getting the energy it needs to survive!. So you'll PROBABLY retain most of that water as extra weight!.

It's not a good idea!.

Just eat smaller meals, spaced 3 hours apart!. Your stomach empties in about 3 hours, and if you keep yourself sated (not hungry, but not full), your metabolism will skyrocket and burn burn burn extra fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, that's incredibly dangerous and detrimental to your health, I would definitely advise against a strict 7-day 'water fast!.'
But in a nutshell, each pound of fat is 3000 calories!. If you don't eat for seven days, you'd probably lose between 1500-2000 calories per day (depending on your current weight)!. Assuming it's 1500 calories/day, over a 7-day period, you will have burned 10,500 calories!. That's 3!.5 pounds of fat!.
But like I said, you really shouldn't go about this kind of diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

everyone is different!. you can't compare yourself with the next person as it depends on their metabolism!.
doing a water fast on your own for more than 3 days should be supervised by a professional in fasting!. Do three days and then go onto juices or raw foods for the rest of the time if you are doing it on your own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

While you are correct that you will lose weight, you will be losing muscle which will then convert into fat, so you will be worse of than you were in the first place!.

If you do not eat the body first uses the muscles as energy!.

What I would suggest for you is a low carb low fat diet, Eat food such as lean meats, cheese, nuts, green vegetables, and exercise wouldnt hurt!.
Protein shakes are also great for thisWww@Answer-Health@Com

You'll probably drop around 10 pounds, but probably gain it back plus more when you eat again!. Not healthy to do at all, which I'm sure you know!. Just eat leafy greens, fruit, lean protein, drink lots of water and exercise!. You'll be more productive, and keep it off longer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are liable to get weak after 3 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

7 days wont do sh*t and please dont do that its very bad for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

idk but i would like die if i did that !Www@Answer-Health@Com
