Question: I would like to lose 15 pounds I am 140 right now, any diet pills to recomend!?
I am female and 21 years old and I have gained about 15 pounds im the past year!. Are there any diet pills that are safe for not really overweight people!. I do have a big bump and a minor muffin top startung to form!. I do situps, but it really hurts my back!. I am 5'7"!. I've been in your shoes before, at your age!. What really helps with the muffin top thing(LOL) are crunches they don't hurt as much, and also walking!. I don't know how many miles I walked, but when you're with a group of supporting people who's counting!? As far as a pill, I tried Phentermine 37!.5 mg!. these are only by prescription!. They work well with diet and exercise!. It's an appetite suppressant!. I lost 30 pounds in 2 months!. Try to stay away from "junk food" sodas, and eating or snacking late at night!. Doing that will add on to your muffin top!.

There are no short-cuts!. I don't care what anyone says, diet pills do not work well, ESPECIALLY for someone like you who's hardly overweight!.

Also, doing sit-ups can not target a certain area of your body to burn fat!.

If you want to lose weight, remember that diet and exercise go hand-in-hand!. You need both!. Cut down on the crappy food you've been eating, drink a LOT of water, and work out about five times a week!. And work HARD!. Aerobic workouts will help you the most, but strength training about several times a week will tone your muscles and contribute to weight loss!. Running is obviously number one!. If you really want to lose weight, you have to REALLY want it- be serious about it and make it your lifestyles!. There is no pill that is going to do it!. However, I can tell you how to lose 15 pounds very fast if you want to stick to it!. You would have to go on a no carb, high low-fat protein diet!. You will lose the weight in roughly two weeks: Eat baked, broiled or boiled chicken with mustard, tuna, lettuce, cucumbers and small amounts of tomato with minimal oil and vinegar, 85 percent lean beef in reasonable amounts, eggs and most any kind of fish or shellfish!.!.!.!.!.!.!.do this for 2 weeks and you will lose the weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you don't need chemicals, natural or otherwise!. you don't even need to exercise much!. just eat a third or a half of what you do now, replace sweets and fatty things with veggies, use the stairs, and carry an apple in case you get low blood sugar!. 15 pounds will go away in a month!. not the best way to do it but its alright!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have been through it all and know what's it about!. The main thing is to stick in there!. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off!. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes!.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight!.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern!. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot!. Which brings us to the next thing!. Duh, Exercising!.!.!.

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight!. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising!. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart!.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet!. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies!. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol!. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work!. That is true, but not in this case!. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch!. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder!. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full!.
