Suggestions for an appetite suppressant pill?!


Question: Suggestions for an appetite suppressant pill!?
I would like some recommendations on appetite suppressant pills!. I eat conservative healthy meals at regular intervals and drink easily more than 2 liters of water a day!. The problem is as much as I exercise, I can't get down past a certain point!. I know exactly what the problem is; I am eating too much too late at night!. I've been able to cut back on the amount, but I still have to eat or else I can't get to sleep!.!.!.seriously!. Even after exhausting workout days, I've stayed up until 3 and 4am until something went into my body!.

I'm 33 and want to get back to that nice, lean look which for me means between 20 and 24 pounds more to go(I'm 6'4, 258, big build, relatively low body fat)!. I need to find something that will either suppress my appetite late at night!.!.!.!.or knock me out until the morning when I'm okay again!.

I got so fat as a kid from sneaking snacks late at night! Now I'm too tired to care to eat! I take melatonin (it's over-the-counter, usually in the vitamin sections at most stores) whenever I'm not tired enough to sleep!. Most of the melatonin pills are 3mg, and you don't need any more than that! I cut the 3mg tablets into 4 pieces, and just 1 of the pieces can work on me!. If you take over 3mg, you can actually get the opposite effect and be wide awake (I forget why)!. But do more research on it if you do decide to take it-- if you take it for a long period of time without any breaks, your body will stop producing your natural melatonin (but that's after months of using melatonin every night)!. Also, most appetite suppressant pills I know of would most likely keep you awake-- they're usually combined with things like caffeine, which definitely doesn't help with sleep!. I have that same problem too!. Well i used to, its starting to get better now that i exercise!. When i used to be up though, i switched from eating sandwhiches noodles etc to eating apples oranges or vegetables!. that helped me out!. Get fruits and vegetables, and when u get the craving eat one of those!. apples fill me up like crazy!. Also, if your like me and want "real food" and not fruits or veggies, buy Boca burgers!. they are tasty, all vegetable, and feel like a real mealWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do some re-search on them!. To really loose the weight you need to combine the apetite suppressant with low calorie diet and some excercise!. Usually this type of program is given to you by a doctor!. They give you weekly shots, and is really expensive!. Down here in Miami, it is $95 a week and $450 for I don't know what!. Yeah, you loose the weight really fast but it's really expensive as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
