Answers:
If you work out, a few crash diets will not slow your metabolism!. Lifting weights adds muscle, which require more energy to maintain than does adipose!.

As far as the supplement Hydroxycut, the results it proposes have not been evaluated by the FDA!. No one can give you information on the possible health risks involved because there is no information! Think of it as you are the guinea pig; you pay for the medicine and then they test it on you!.
Do not change any habits, be sure of this, and count up all the calories you take in in a week!. And dont lie to yourself, count everything!. Then estimate how many you burn by exercising!. then google the BMR equation!. Solve this equation for yourself, using your age and weight and all that, and get your BMR!. Now use this equation!. Total calories for the week - (BMR times 7) - calories burned while working out!. If you get a positive number then you are gaining weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As an ICU nurse I STRONGLY urge you not to take it! I had a patient once who was 24 years old and took something similar to hydroxycut and he had a massive stroke and he couldn't walk nor talk! I took hydroxycut at one point and it made my blood pressure go very high and then when I stopped taking it I was fine but it has been known to do permanent damage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not very wise to mix diet pills and hypertension pills together!. The only thing you can really do is try a doctor planned diet because a "diet aid" is only going to make your blood pressure worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

any diet aid like that is a bad idea, most of them contain loads of caffeine and addictive ingredients!.!.and they make you crash!. Try going on a lower carb diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
