Question: Whats the best way to lose 15 inches off your waist!?

Diet, diet, diet!.

Your diet is the biggest thing to help you lose weight!.
I'd suggest eating 5 or 6 small healthy meals spread out throughout the day to help increase your metabolism!. You also need to make sure you eat a balanced diet, I know it's overplayed that one, but they all contribute to homeostasis in your body!. By the way, the many but small meals is how I eat and I am too thin, I'm trying to gain weight now!. :/

But also physical activity is good, try running or jogging every day, that works your midsection, so does crunches/sit-ups and other ab workouts!.
Almost any cardio workouts would help as well though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sit ups are an obvious one
get a yoga book; there are exercises you can do in those which are too complicated to explain on here!. good luck!

btw, when i wanna loose weight in that area i find quitting junk food the easiest and fastest thing! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
