Is this ok health-wise?!


Question: Is this ok health-wise!?
I don't eat much food, in fact I have something around 400-500 calories or less a day!.!.!. I eat fruits and a little chocolate and otherwise I take lots of vitamin supplements, natural as well as not natural (pills)!. I am also into medicinal plants capsules!.!.!.
I am afraid of gaining weight, in fact I am anorexic!.
But I'm trying to do my best to keep my body healthy and getting my period and everything!.

It is definitely better than eating one piece of chocolate a day, or going days without food!. Its good to hear you still get your period, and you try to give yourself vitamins!. If you are going to get help then you have to truly want help, otherwise keep at what you are doing but don't be surprised when your body starts coping less with it!. Eat at least 800 calories a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OH NO!!!!!!! 1000 calories at minimum!. I'm not going to judge you but you are really destroying your body by not at least eating 1000 calories!.I don't know how you can function on that little amount of calories!. Where do you find the energy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
