How can I lose like twelve pounds?!


Question: How can I lose like twelve pounds!?
I currently weigh about 122 lbs and I'm like 5'3" or 5'4", I know that it sounds healthy, but I feel gross; all of my fat is in my thighs and tummy!. My goal weight is about 110 or so!.

I have a treadmill, and an elliptical machine that I can use four days a week!.!.!. please help me, I don't want to feel self conscious forever! Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
