I need motivation to lose weight, but can't seem to find any?!


Question: I need motivation to lose weight, but can't seem to find any!?
When I am off at college, I automatically drop like 10 lbs!. It's because I'm active with cheerleading, studies, friends, and eat at scheduled times!. Whenever I come home for Summer/Winter break, I gain weight!. All I do is eat, eat, eat!. I don't have exercise equippment, nor a money for a membership to a gym!. I have workout DVDs, but don't feel like they'll do anything!. I can't controll what I eat when I am home!. The moment I put a piece of food in my mouth, I am lost!. I start hording food - it's so weird!.

How do I find the motivation NOT to eat like a fatty during break!? What are the best workout DVDs!.!.!.cardio, abs, arms!.!.!.ETC!. I am going to try to take my dogs on some walks around the neighborhood, but it's so flipping cold!

I'm a healthy weight and all, but if things keep up like this, I won't be!Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Do conditioning in your own home! Crunches, sit-ups, jog in place, jumping jacks, squat- thrusts, push-ups, v-ups or scissor v's (if you know how to do them- ab conditioning)!. If you're a cheerleader, you could go over your cheer jumps (straight, straddle, tuck, pike, wolf, herkies, etc!.), work on your flexibility (splits, back bends), and work handstands up against a wall in your house!. Do all this while listening to your favorite music on a cd player or your favorite radio station!. Make a checklist with these exercises on it and check them off as you do them- it will make you feel more accomplished!.

Make out a menu for each day!. Three meals and healthy snacks in between!. No eating 2 hours before bedtime!. Drink your recommended daily glasses of fat free milk and plenty of water!. Get Weight Watcher or some other brand of diet desserts so that you don't feel deprived!. Go hiking or walking for an hour or so each day!. Get involved in activities while at home to stay occupied and avoid boredom!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

determination or motivation is in your mind, its also called will power! its a trait not a skill! you to have a drive to not do something or to do something! i hope this helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This worked for a friend of mine!. It sounds stupid, but it REALLY works :)
Get sticky notes and write watch your portions, or dont eat to much, or exercise! on them!. put them on the places where you usually look, like in the fridge on the food you eat often, on your room door, computer, tv, shoes (:P), clothes drawer,remote to tv, and in the kitchen to keep you away from too much food!. All you have to do is go for runs outside, bring water with you!. On your Workout dvd put a sticky note that says: USE ME, IF YOU DONT, YOU'LL GAIN 30 POUNDS, just exaggerating but try it! And don't starve yourself, or go on one of those crash diets, they're lame!.

just remember, nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!. i personally liked the Women's Health workout dvds!. and also, you could try a belly dancing workout dvd to spice it up!. keep switching up your routines so you don't get bored!. you may not feel like its working but if you keep it up you will see results!. walking your dogs is a good idea too, just bundle up with layers and walk briskly and before you know it you will be too warm! trust me i walk to work every day for a mile each way and sometimes it is 30 degrees when i start out but 10 min down the road i ususally have to unbutton my coat!. also, when you are home try making wiser food choices, lots of fresh fruits and veggies, fiber and whole grains and stay away from refined sugar and flour and things high in saturated fat!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't start wearing those extremely baggy clothes!. Sometimes you think that if no one can see how big your getting, its okay to have a few more helpings of everything!. to this note, try wearing more form fitting clothes, it helps you be more aware of how much you are eating, and slows you down from eating too much!. walking your dogs seems like a good idea too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
