Question: 6 months to get into shape, help!?
I'm 21!. 6'0 And 290 Pounds!. I have 6 months to get in shape!. How much weight can I lose, how do I do it!. I'm willing to devote to it 8 hours a day if I have to!. I want to put on muscle as well as take it off!. opinions, advice, or tips please!. I have diet soda, but I'm just uncomfortable with the chemicals in it!. Should I just stick to water and milk!? What are things I can eat that will make me less hungry for several hours, and how much do I need to work out!. Goal is between 190-220lbs !. I'm pretty broad shouldered to begin with so alittle chub won't bother me!. I don't have to be a model!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, the first (and easiest way believe it or not) to lose weight is to eat healthy!. You'll probably lose a good 5-10 lbs from just eating healthy!. Cut down on sweets/ sodas/ junk food and just eat healthy!. Healthy food is easy, but a few are just ham and cheese sandwiches, yogurt, PB&j and oatmeal (oatmeal looks nasty, but you get used to it and i have to say that i'm loving it!. I lose weight for wrestling and it's really filling)!. Eat fruits and vegetables!.
Next would be exercise, well you're never going to see that muscle underneath the excessive weight, therefore you should just get some running shoes on, and jog 1-2 miles a day!. Build up to 4 miles a day and it'll be good, but make sure you start off slow, we don't want any injuries!. As for lifting, start off slow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
