Im a 19yrs old female on a diet!. I eat about 1200-1300 calories a day!.
How much fat, sodium, sugar, carb, fiber, and protein should I cosumer per day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fat:30-40 grams (20-40% of your daily calories(try to make this monounsaturated fat, not saturated or trans!.))
Sodium:1,500mg!. per day
Sugar:25-35 grams
Carbs:200 grams
Fiber:30 grams (this is important because it will help you feel fuller longer)
Protein:50 grams
