So don't start a diet!. Start a healthy eating plan!. That sounds better, doesn't it!? First, serve your dinner on smaller plates than you do now!. Most people will fill the plate then eat everything on it just because it is there!. Find out the recommended serving sizes for your age group and pay particular attention to the meat and carbs!. Serve the correct size for you, then if you are still hungry you can eat as many veggies as you like!. You can cut down on sugar in recipes gradually too, allowing time for your tastebuds to adjust!. We managed to cut the sugar content in our favourite apple crumble recipe down to almost half, and we now mix 50/50 with flavoured and natural yogurt, because the flavoured stuff is too sweet and but the natural isn't sweet enough!.
Eating healthily is a change of lifestyle, not just a matter of eating something different!. One step at a time!. Once one behaviour, like I've just outlined, becomes habit, add something else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do not think about a diet as a solution, just a step!. Every diet, every time you "fail" a diet its just another step closer and the more determined you get!.

I know It doesnt count for much, But I have faith in you, and if you have the same faith and determination this will be the last step to success!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm the same way!. I will stay on a diet for like 2 days and if I havent lost 5 pant sizes lol-I get depressed and give up!.!.Ive actually decided to try something new for myself!. I earn calories before eating them!. I started a week ago and lost 7 lbs at the end of the first week!. So far working great!. I have an issue with having very little willpower and so far this has helped me stay on track!. Email me if you need more info!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Would you not combine the diet and the exercise and this really will give you results and get you motivated!. I know what you say about exercise but truthfully after a week of exercise you do really feel different and along with your diet you will feel the difference a lot quicker!. I was so lazy but wanted a miracle to shed the pounds with out moving off my fat ***, now I exercise and its motivated me to eat healthy and I truthfully have never looked so good and I feel amazing I am in my fifth week(ye-pee ive stuck to it this time)of eating healthy and excercising I love my new look and it truthfully is down to watching what I eat and excercise its the only way!.!. Good luck and just give it a try no ones going to judge you,Www@Answer-Health@Com

First step, dump your boyfriend!. Anyone who doesn't have your back or has nothing but negative comments will make you fail !!! Self fulfilling prophecy you know!. Take it slow and yes the more convenient the better!. I used to be 200 lbs and I am only 5 feet tall!. The best advice is patience and some type of motivating factor might be additional help!. I try to lose a little at a time 5 lbs or 10 lbs and then maintain for a while!. Believe me its hard but if you don't have the proper support it can make it very hard for you to feel the motivation you need!. Just take it slow!!! There are so many times I wish that it was so easy that I wasn't hungry or thinking about my next meal, it is a struggle for some!. But just know that you are making yourself healthier with each pound you lose:)Www@Answer-Health@Com
