Question: Want to gain weight - don't feel like eating!?
I want to gain weight, I know I'm supposed to eat more but I get very acidic and don't feel like eating solid food!. I always skip breakfasts

Can anyone suggest a good diet-chart for me please - I live in India and I am a non-vegetarianWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think u r fed up with some regular food items!.!.In order to gain weight, u should definitely eat a lot dude!.!.
Eat wat u like the most!.!.!.
Try to eat a six time meal rather than the regular three!. this boosts ur metabloism!.
Drink nearly 400 - 500 ml water as soon as u rise from the bed!.This cleans ur bowel effectively and so u will eat more!.
Add beef to ur diet atleast twice a weak!.

Try this protein shake!.

1 green banana
1 scoop of Proteinx powder (available in all dept stores)
Half a glass of boiled milk!.
2 pieces of peanut candy!.
2 scoops of ice cream!.
Blend all the above in a food processor and have it!.

The above recipe will definitely add mass to your body!.

Eat a lot of meat's!.!.!. Tuna,Chicken,Steak,Hamburgers,ect!.
Anything high in protein!.

Also increase your calory intake!.

Eat at mcdonalds, and order there double quarter pounder and a large fry!.!.!.If you eat that everyday you will start to see weight gain!.

1!. Never avoid ur breakfast, this is the reason for ur acidity!.
Even I had the same problem, but I make it a point to have it everyday!.
2!. Its not about eating more, its important to eat the right things at the right time!. Have frequent meals in a day!.
3!. Drink at least 8 glasses of water!.
4!. Consult a dietitian, they will give u a proper diet after checking what is ur food habits!.
