Hi I've been working out for the past 2 weeks?!


Question: Hi I've been working out for the past 2 weeks!?
On my Arms doing bicep curls which help my shoulder arms, and forearms!. Why some days, the muscles seem bigger and other days it goes back to skinny me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

More than likely it's a change in diet!. For example, prior to a competition some bodybuilders will "carb load"!. When you take in a large amount of carbohydrates then some of it is stored as glycogen in muscles!. Along with glycogen is water!. Together they make your muscles fuller!. Try sticking to the exact same diet (same thing at the same time, everyday) and see how your muscles react!. Then make small changes and try that for a few days and see how they react!.

All while of course following a good, healthy, clean diet

Bicep curls dont assist in building shoulders unless your technique is a horrible one, jokes apart you need to list what exactly your goals are and what you are trying to achieve with your workouts, is it just fitness, toning, bulking or building muscle!?!? As far your muscles looking different on days is concerned it could be due to your diet and how your muscles are responding to workouts!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
