Push Ups, I need help!!?!


Question: Push Ups, I need help!!!?
I would like to know, how can I build upper body strength to do push ups "real push ups" Right now I can only do 3!.!.I have no upperbody strength!.!.Should I start eating more protein as well to help to enhance muscle growth!? I'm trying to get prepared for Basic Military Training and desperatly need advice on how to develop strength in my arms to do the push ups and pull ups!.!. Any Thoughts!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

build on that 3
try and do 4 tonight before you go to bed
do 4 for a few days then work it up to 5 then 6 and so on
one step at a time
you have to let your body recover between workouts or else you wont get strongerWww@Answer-Health@Com

Girl I started the same!. I could only do 5 then I did exercise but I'm skinny and workout!. Ran and got stronger now on our exercise test I got the most 45 in 1 minute and I'm in 7 th grade!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
