Question: Is this an ok work out for a 13 year old boy!?
I do 400 curl ups/crunches and 200 push ups!. If this is good when will i see signs of progress!? and what can i ad!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, that's more than fine!. You will see signs of progress as long as you are eating right too! And also (i don't know how much you weigh) but you should do a lot of walking, that way you will see your results a lot faster! -good luck, and don't over do it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
