its true about the abs and calves being able to take the most punishment!. think about it!.!.!.you walk alot more than you bench press for example, so your calves are going to be able to handle more because they are used almost constantly!. your abs are stabilizer muscles and even though you dont notice it!.!.!.they work constantly to keep you from falling forward, backward, or side to side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
