Help! 2,000 calories, really?!

Question: Help! 2,000 calories, really!?
im sixteen - 4'11 and weigh 89 pounds!. I know its a low number but i can't stop losing weight!. i eat whole foods - rarely anything processed so it makes keeping weight on hard!. I want to get back up to around 92/93 and i went to a couple of online calculators and they said I should be eating 2000 calories a day to maintain that weight!. That seems like a lot to me because im so tiny!.

oh i work out daily for an hour on the elliptical and do light weights 2x-3x a week!. I dont' normally count calories or measure, but I know I have not been eating 2,000 calories!. thanks :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I suggest adding protein to your diet as well as more carbs, it will increase your weight to something more healthy!.
Having pasta for lunch and some chicken for dinner should be good!.
Dont go to sugary food because you will be adding bad weight!.
Try to get whole foods that have natural sugars as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop working out--it's too much for your body!
You're going to have to add more processed food to get those calories!. Eat more peanut butter (you can make it yourself if you want it pure), and things like ice cream at times, or pasta, and beans!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

2000 Calories should be consumed every day to maintain the body of an average adult!.

You're 4'11 and 89 lbs!. You could probably get away with 1500 minimum depending on how active you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try eating a lot of protein and do a lot of muscle training!. And eat some cake or ice cream or whatever you want!Www@Answer-Health@Com
