What's a good way to counteract the side effects of eating too much sugar?!


Question: What's a good way to counteract the side effects of eating too much sugar!?
I am a bit of a sugar addict!. I do pretty well avoiding it except over the holidays!. I ate a bunch of sugar today and now I'm all hyped up and I know I'll crash soon and feel terrible!. I know eating protein helps but I'd be interested to hear if any other "sugar addicts" have suggestions for reducing the side effects of eating too much sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm a sugar addict and I suffer through the withdrawals!. I try to exercise the next day to burn it off!.

Along with protein, fat also slows down the passage of sugar into the blood!. Of course, once it's in your blood you can't do anything about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
