Working out and tanning, which one should be done first?!


Question: Working out and tanning, which one should be done first!?
Should I work out first than Tan!? It seems like after a hard workout I would be hot and tanning might over heat me!.

But if I Tan than Work out that would be doing the same thing, wouldn't it!? Over heat me!?

Ok, so is there supposed to be a cool off period before hopping into the tanning bed and if so how are you supposed to cool down!?

I've never worked out before and will be getting a gym membership and need to know how this works and what works for other people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you're probably going to take a shower right after you work out!. That will dry out your skin!. So I'd suggest tanning first using plenty of lotion, then go work out!.
Tanning will dehydrate you too, so drink plenty of water unless you want the benefit of losing a little water weight before you wear that special outfit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your best bet, other than people's personal experiences, would be to consult a personal trainer who works at the gym you're getting a membership at!. They will be happy to answer all your questions and that way you know you're getting first-hand knowledge! Or ask the ppl who run the tanning section, or both!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use spray tan, not a tanning bed or the sun!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
