Will this get me a 6 pack?!


Question: Will this get me a 6 pack!?
I do track for a hour and a half(ish) monday to friday
dance 1 hour on wednesday, 2 hours on thursday, 1 hour on friday and 1 hour on saturday
and i do the following ab stuff:
week 1: 50 crunches, 25 leg raises
week 2: 60, 35
week 3: 70, 45
week 4: 80, 55
week 5: 100, 75

Totally going about this wrong!.

To get a 6-pack, just go to the liquor store!. I recommend a good German beer, or maybe a Japanese beer such as Kirin!.

The exercise might get you to the store faster, however!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are overweight, no it won't, you'll need to lose weight first!. But if you are normal sized or skinny, yeah it'll work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
