Question: Underweight and have a problem with this thing!.!.!.!?
I'm 111 pounds, I JUST gained 5 pounds (muscle though) but I think it's still good!. I'm 5'7 and everyone always assumes I have an eating disorder and I don't, I eat like a pig and everything in sight!. I can't gain any weight no matter what!.!.!.

But my problem is I love in Florida, so I'm at a beach in summer, or a hot tub/heated pool in the winter!. I hate one pieces!. I wear like soffie (cheerleading) shorts with bikinis cuz thats just how I am, but when I'm with my friends or am tanning, I'm so skinny my hip bones stick out, but not a lot!.!.!.just enough so when I'm wearing a bikini if I'm laying down and your head is above my waist you can see straight down into my bottoms!.!.!.Any way to fix this!? I like how I am, weight wise so I don't want to gain A LOT of weight, just enough to fill in that gap from my skin to bathing suit which is about half an inch!. Any ideas or how to fix this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get a suit that has a waist higher than your hip bones so that it doesn't sit right ON them and stretch across!.

thats not too skinny!. my friend is 110 pounds at 5'7 and is perfect and i am shorter and weigh 99 pounds with the same bmi!. its fine!. your not too skinny!.!.!.just dont lose anymore!. hhahaWww@Answer-Health@Com

When I was an avid bicycle racer / rider, on special events we were able to measure our fat content percentage in our bodies!. Guys could always measure, healthily, around 12%, but girls always just had a higher fat content just because of genetics!. Now, you say you're 5' 7", and weigh 111 pounds, and you just recently gained 5 pounds, which you say is muscle!. Well, since muscle weighs more than fat, the harder I rode my bicycle, the skinnier (and toned) I got, but my weight began going up dramatically because of the increased muscle mass!. The numbers you're providing us are not indicative of someone who is dramatically muscularly toned, and I'm not sure just how you measure just how much of that recent 5 pound gain is really muscle, and how much is fat, and so, with all that data and experience in my head, I'm seriously wondering whether you realize that you may, in fact, have an eating disorder that you need to quit denying and begin working on!. Your numbers and your description of your fitting problems in your swimwear suggest that you need to go to someone who can learn "the rest of the story", and determine just how healthy you are!. I know you may be okay, in your books, but someone, like myself, who is very aware of issues of muscle vs!. fat and body weight, etc!., doesn't really like what he reads, and my being male and you're being female doesn't place me "out of the circle" of knowledge in women's sizes and weights, and eating problems!. 1) you didn't just gain 5 lbs of muscle, I promise, it takes months for guys with perfect nutrition/heavy lifting to add 5 lbs of muscle, and guys have a lot more testoserone than women (t-levels are huge in mucsle building)

2) register at fitday!.com (it's free) and enter all the food you eat in one day and you'll be surprised how little you actually eat!. people that can't gain weight = soft eaters, everytime!. if you eat 3000 calories per day and don't gain, eat 3500 and keep going up until you gain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
