Question: A question about weight & food!!?
k, i want to lose some weight and some inches,
because i'm getting too big, but food is always appealing to me, either as tasty or comfort or boredom, sometimes its one of these or maybe all three,
but i was wondering how do you keep up the "i'm not going to eat that" kind of attitude!? like what makes it easier not to eat them,
please i really need advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

AVOID ALL JUNK FOOD cos thats what make you gain more weight!.!.try 6 small meals per day cos thats what i do i mean you dont have to have loads of food but of course remember your portions!.!. you should also enjoy doing some cardio everyday i go at it for about 90 minutes a day but sometimes 60 and not eating anything after 6 30pm!. this will really help but it probably will take about 1 to 2 weeks for you to stick to this habit ive been doing it for about 1 month now with regular exercise and eating healthy and ive lost 6kg!Www@Answer-Health@Com

A little saying that is very true - "Don't give up what you want most for what you want at the moment!." The moment never really satisfies long term!.

Another thing I learned - breaking the addiction to sugar is HARD!. You go through physical withdrawals!. Ultimately I fought through it and came out the other side where I could say no to things!. It was hard, but it was worth it because the weight came off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're on the right track just by acknowledging that you need to drop a few pounds!.
It's nop eassy feat; you just need to convince yourself that YOU have to do it; no one can do it for you!.!.!.
I'm a high carb, starch-aholic - I love bread, potatoes, rice, pasta & yellow vegetables! My metabolism turns starch into sugar & ugh! - no weight loss there!.!.!.! So I've learned I need to go easy on the carbs & the starch and also try to exercise 30 minutes 3x each week @ minimum!. I find if I exercise before doing anything else - I'm good for the day!. I didn't see a loss right away - it took a few months !.!.!. so hang in there and 'keep on keepin' on'! & most of all good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Think about how guilty/sick/lazy you will feel after you eat that bad food!. Keep unhealthy food out of the house!. Snack on healthy foods, like fruit!. Stay motivated, you can do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Avoid junk food!. it makes you fat!. Excercise daily and have 2 meals a day instead of 3!. Eat veggies more than meat ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
