friends i am suffring from constapation from 2 years and i had done lots of measures but i cant able to cure my constapation

If you constipation has lasted that long I don't know if it would be an instant fix!. It also could be something more severe than just constipation!. You should try lots of water, watch your diet closely, Don't hold your bowel movement if you feel like you have to go you should go right away!. Eat lots of high-fiber food, vegetables & fruits!. Limit simple carbohydrates!. Consider trying psyllium supplement like Metamucil!. Drink adequate water!. Get adequate exercise!. If these things don't take care of constipation you need to see a medical doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
