How can i lose fat from the side of my abs?!


Question: How can i lose fat from the side of my abs!?
Answers:
Your obliques!? Those are your sides of your abs!. Look up excersizes for obliques!. I usually do crunches (with a twist!)!. You do a crunch, but instead of straight like for abs, do them off to one side!. Touch your right elbow to your left knee :) And reverse!
This only applies if you are already at a healthy weight and working out!. :) Just tones the area and makes it less flabbyWww@Answer-Health@Com

There is no good way to target weight loss to a specific part of your body!. All you can do is try to lose weight in general!.

Some people may suggest exercises like crunches, but that won't do what you want!. That will strengthen your ab muscles (a good thing), but it won't do anything to remove the layer of fat that is over top of them!. If you want to lose weight from your sides, try some oblique exercises, If you go to a gym or a local ymca, you can ask them what equipment to use to work that specific part!. Another good work out for that area is a half crunch, when you reach the middle of the crunch hold it there for a few seconds and then release!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
