Question about toning down thighs and jogging?!


Question: Question about toning down thighs and jogging!?
I know jogging helps you tone thighs and other body parts, and since it's a cardiovascular activity it works your heart!.

I'm aiming for slimmer, toned thighs, but I do NOT want bulkier thighs full of muscles!.

Will jogging everyday for 20 minutes minimum tone my thighs and make them smaller!? Or will it just add muscle and make it look bigger!? If so, what are some exercises that will make them thinner and smaller!?

I'm 15, weighs 118lb (last time I checked!.) and I'm 5''3!.

If you're a girl, there's almost nothing you can do to make muscles big by accident!. Muscles need testoterone to get big, and you don't have enough unless you take some kind of steroid!. It is possible for a girl to bulk up some without hormones or steroids, but you'd have to eat tons of protein and work out with heavy weights more than an hour a day!.

So, don't worry!.

On the other hand, eating better is necessary to slim ANY body part!. Just running will not slim you thighs, unless you also eat better!. There is no exercise that will slim any body part unless you eat fewer calories than you burn, week-in and week-out!.

But jogging (or, better, running) will help you burn more calories than most kinds of exercise that are easy to do!. So get going!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm a guy, and my legs have now become ALOT more defined from jogging each day!. I do 120 minutes of jogging a day!.
Firstly, you need to realise, 20minutes isn't enough!. You want slimmer thighs, and therefore u need to workout longer then 20!. After 20minutes you are into the fat breaking stage!. At first your burning energy such as sugars and not getting into secondary energy such as fat!.
Then you will get thinner thighs as thinner everywhere!. But they will become more defined!.
Boys are different also, you dint have high levels of testosterone, meaning you dont have the hormones that bulk you up quicker!.

Overall,jog longer into the fat breaking stage, you will become more defined but thats better then fat eh:P!. But you will lose this fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

jog slowly and keep your legs as "long" as possible while doing so!. Don't sprint at all, that will make your thighs bulky!. As long as you go slow, you wil slim down, since your training the long muscles in your legs and not the short ones!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yah this should work well for you!.
You could also try like running for 5 minutes, then walking for 5 minutes!.!.!. it'll really help you maximize your work out!
and kind of jogging or running slims, and liffting weights and stuff will bulk them up moreWww@Answer-Health@Com
