in the first place exercise is a lifelong commitment,not a fat loss gimmick!.Its just like taking a bath or getting a good night of sleep!. If all you`re gonna exercise is merely to lose weight then you`ve already FAILED!!There are two types of exercises which you MUST ALWAYS mix regularly to lose fat to the optimum extent!.(im taking about cardio and toning/resistance exercises)!.Dont forget that a balanced diet for your whole life is a must!.God bless you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
running and lifting weights!. lifting wont make you lose as much weight but you will be losing more fat and be building muscle at the same timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
